How to order your highlight video..

All Star Video Productions makes the ordering process of your highlight video fast and simple. Click on the link below to print your order form:
The order form will guide you step by step with every detail that we'll need to produce your video.
Once you complete your order form, simply mail your order form and materials to us and then decide
which form of payment that you would like to use to purchase your video. (Please scroll down further on this page to view pricing information). You may pay for your order in full or pay a deposit that equals to half of your total order. If you prefer to pay with PayPal or a Debit/Credit card please refer to the section directly to your left. If you prefer to mail your payment, simply send your payment with your materials and order form. Once production of your video has been completed we will email to you a preview of your video online. You will then watch the video and inform us of any changes (if any) that you would like to make. We will not finalize your video to dvd until you are absolutely satisfied with your production. Once we recieve your final approval, we will then finalize your video to dvd and ship your order to you. And that's all there is to it!

All Star Video Productions is located in Machesney Park, Illinois. However, we produce videos all over the country. If you are located near the Loves Park, Rockford or Chicago area and would like to set up an appointment please CONTACT US and we will be more than pleased to meet with you. If you live further away or do not have the time to set up a meeting, you may easily place your order online by following the easy and simple directions listed at the top of this page.


        Here's what we need to begin production..

All Star Video Productions uses your video footage clips and combines them with a great musical soundtrack. We use footage that has been recorded on your own personal dvd's, mini (camcorder) dvd's and vhs tapes, we prefer to work from the originals but we can also use copies. We will ask that you go through your footage and select 10 to 15 short video clips that highlight the player's best plays. Place each highlight in the order in which you wish for each highlight to appear. If you are using dvd's for example, please take note where the play begins and ends by using the counter on your dvd player. If you have multiple dvd's and your dvd has more than one chapter, please let us know which dvd, chapter and where the footage is located in minutes and seconds.

For Example:

Highlight 1: Located on Dvd 1 - Chapter 2 - Play Starts at 23:04 and Ends at 23:48
Highlight 2: Located on Dvd 2 - Chapter 1 - Play Starts at 17:37 and Ends at 18:01
Highlight 3: Located on Dvd 1 - Chapter 3 - Play Starts at 02:13 and Ends at 02:33
 
This tells us exactly where to find the footage that you wish to use in your highlight video.

Select 5 songs in the order that you wish for them to appear from our Soundtrack Collection (Remember, we may only use the first 2 or 3 song selections, we ask for 5 to ensure we have more than enough music to fill the duration of your video) then supply us with the player's contact info, statistics and a still photo of the player in uniform to place on the dvd and case.
 
We also offer the option of playing "Instant Replay Clips" (clips that appear in normal speed and then in slow motion) throughout your highlight video. You may also consider some clips being shown in slow motion only, the slow motion aspect makes great plays look even better! With our level of experience, we can pick and choose which clips would look best in slow motion or you can decide for yourself.

order your video at least 3 weeks prior to when you need your video produced so that we may have sufficient time to make changes if needed. Be sure to place your order form and materials in a strong and secure envelope or box and ship to ASVP.

 
                              Pricing

The cost to have a video produced is $250.00 for up to 15 video clips. If you would like to use more than 15 clips, there will be a $25.00 charge per clip after 15. Each additional copy is $20.00 with a standard dvd case and $15.00 with a standard jewel case. (You may consider purchasing several additional copies to send to college coaches). We do require a deposit before work begins that equals to half of your total. For example if your total is $300.00 we would require $150.00 up front and the remainder once the final version of your video has been completed.
